基于AHP的船舶安全风险模糊评判方法研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对目前海运船舶安全风险的现状,从系统工程角度,采用层次分析法的基本原理,建立了船舶安全风险分析模型,并运用模糊数学构建了隶属函数,求得船舶安全风险的模糊评判矩阵,通过模糊评判获得了船舶安全风险综合分数,结果表明,该评判方法能够科学合理地综合评价船舶安全风险状况,为有关航运部门改善船舶安全状况提供决策依据。 Based on the situation of ship security and safety at present, the analytic hierarchy process AHP was adopted in this article, thus an analysis mode was established for the security and safety of ship from view of the system engineering. In addition, subjection function of factors sets was determined based on fuzzy mathematics, then judging matrix was also gained. Through fuzzy judgment, complex judgment point was obtained respectively for the security and safety of ship. The result shows that this method is scenically and rational in ship security and safety judgment, and it can offers a decision standard for the ship enterprise.
