Bcl-2 fas及survivin在子宫内膜异位症患者卵巢异位内膜的表达变化及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究与细胞凋亡相关因子Bcl-2 fas及survivin在子宫内膜异位症(EMS)患者卵巢异位内膜的表达变化,探讨EMS的发生发展与细胞凋亡的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测49例卵巢异位内膜和48例正常在位内膜的Bcl-2f、as及survivin的表达。结果①Bcl-2在囊肿组异位内膜的表达显著高于对照组在位内膜(P<0.01)。②fas在囊肿组异位内膜的表达显著低于对照组在位内膜(P<0.01)。③survivin在囊肿组异位内膜的表达显著低于对照组在位内膜(P<0.01)。结论①Bcl-2在EMS卵巢异位内膜表达显著增强,推测Bcl-2是异位内膜的主要抗凋亡因子之一,异位内膜Bcl-2的升高是促使EMS发生发展的因素之一。②fas在EMS卵巢异位内膜表达显著降低,推测EMS异位内膜凋亡能力降低,致使异位的子宫内膜组织在异位种植生长,促使EMS的发生发展。③囊肿组异位内膜survivin表达比对照组在位内膜显著降低,推测survivin有可能不是EMS的主要抗凋亡因子。 Objective To evaluate the function of Bcl-2、fas and survivin which relative to apoptosis in ectopic endometria of ovary from women with endometriosis.Methods Expression of Bcl-2 Fas and survivin were ditected by immunohistochemical staining in 49 cases ectopic endometria and 48 cases eutopic endometria.Results(1) The expression of Bcl-2 in endometriosis was higher than the control group(P0.01).(2) The expression of fas in the control group was higher than the endometriosis group(P0.01).(3) The expression of survivin in the control group was higher than the endometrosis group(P0.01).Conclusion(1) The expression of Bcl-2 had a siginifican enhancement in ectopic endometria of women with EMS,Which suggest Bcl-2 is one of the main factor of antiapoptotic in ectopic endometrium.The increase of Bcl-2 of the ectopic endometrium will contribute to EMS.(2)The expression of fas had a siginifican reduction in ectopic endometria of women with EMS,Which suggest that the apoptosis of ectopic endometrium is lower and allow planting of ectopic endometrium,which contribute to EMS.(3)The expression of survivin in ectopic eudometria of ovary is highly lower compare to the control group,Which suggest that survivin can not the main anti-apoptotic factor.
