摘要 目的探讨ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸对严重烧伤患者早期炎症反应的影响。方法 28例严重烧伤患者随机分为ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸治疗组和对照组,每组14例。按等氮等热量的肠外营养方式给药,对照组采用中长链脂肪乳剂,治疗组采用中长链脂肪乳剂加鱼油脂肪乳,均连续使用7 d。分别于伤后及用药后第4 d、第8 d抽取静脉血,检测C反应蛋白(CRP)、TNF-αI、L-6水平变化。结果 2组患者治疗后,血清CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平均较治疗前下降,但治疗组改善优于对照组。结论ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸能降低烧伤后血清LPS水平,减轻炎症介质的释放,对改善严重烧伤患者的炎症反应有积极的作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid on treating inflammatory response on severe burn injury patients.Methods Twenty-eight patients with severe burn injuries were divided into the ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid treatment group(n = 14) and the group(n = 14).All the patients received treatment of parenteral nutrition with equal nitrogen content and calories.The plasma levels of TNF-α、IL-6 and C reactive protein(CRP) were measured before the treatment,and on the 4th and 8th days after the beginning of the treatment.Results Serum CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 levels were all reduced after the treatement.But the levels of the treatment group had improved significantly compared to the control.(P0.05).Conclusion ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids has a positive effect treating severe burn patients and it is a effective method to decrease serum LPS,reduce the release of inflammatory mediators,and improve the inflammatory response after burn.
