摘要
目的探讨后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺巨大肿瘤的方法和技巧。方法回顾性分析采用后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺巨大肿瘤16例。结果全部手术成功,手术时间40～180 min,术中出血量60～200 ml,术后住院时间3～8 d。结论在技术娴熟的条件下,后腹腔镜切除较大肾上腺肿瘤尚安全有效。
Objective To study the methods and techniques of the Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for large adrenal tumors.Methods Retrospective analyze the Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for 16 cases of large adrenal tumors.Results All operations were successful.The operation time was 40 ~ 180 min,the blood loss was 60~200 ml And the postoperative hospital stay was 3~8 d.Conclusion Under the circumstances of being skilled in the operation,using retroperitoneal laparoscopic in cutting adrenal tumors is safe and effective.
