摘要
目的分析影响2型糖尿病患者血糖达标的有关因素,指导临床进一步控制血糖。方法收集300例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,包括年龄、病程、血压、体质量指数(BMI)和文化程度,并检测HbA1c、血糖和血脂,分析它们与血糖控制的关系。结果①300例2型糖尿病患者中,HbA1c<6.5%和<7.0%的比例分别38.3%和51.7%。②根据病程分组,病程大于10年者HbA1c明显高于病程小于5年和5~10年组。③不同年龄组,年龄>60岁组HbA1c最低。④大学组HbA1c明显低于高中组、初中组和小学组(P<0.05)。⑤不同体质量指数者,血糖控制无明显差异。⑥血糖、血脂和HbA1c均达标者仅2%和2.7%(HbA1c<6.5%和<7%)。结论影响2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的因素较多,病程和文化程度在一定程度上影响血糖控制达标;2型糖尿病患者全面达标率低。
Objective To analyze the related factors influencing Hemoglobin A1c-standard and to provide some guidelines for clinical treatment in blood glucose control.Methods Hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),blood glucose and serum lipid were detected and their personal information,including age,duration of disease,blood pressure,BMI,and education level were collected from 300 type 2 diabetic patients,then their relationship with blood glucose control were analyzed.The personal information including age,duration of the disease,blood pressure BMI and education level of 300 Type 2 Diabetes patients were collected and their Hemoglobin Alc(HbA1c),blood glucose and serum lipid were detected.Their relationship with blood glucose control were also analyzed.Results ① Among 300 patients,the HbA1c rates were 38.3% with HbA1c6.5% and 51.7% with HbA1c7%,respectively.② The value of HbA1c of the group with duration more than 10 years was higher than those of patients with duration less than 5 years or 5 to 10 years.③ The HbA1c value of patients with age more than 60 years old was the lowest among different age groups.④ The value of HbA1c of college group was significantly lower than those of elementary school group,junior high school group and senior high school group(P0.05).⑤ No significant differences in blood glucose control were found among different BMI groups.⑥ The rates in all 300 patients who had reached BG standard,HBa1C standard and serum lipid standard were only 2% and 2.7 % respectively with HbA1c standards set as 6.5% and 7%.Conclusion There were many factors that influence blood glucose control in type 2 diabetic patients,including duration of the disease and education levels.The overall control rate was low among type 2 diabetic patients.
