借结止血加激光包皮环切术1640例体会

The technique of combining binding hemostasis and laser circumcision: outcomes of 1640 cases

目的总结借结止血加激光包皮环切术的可行性和优点。方法对1 640例包皮过长及包茎患者采用自制包皮环切片固定包皮后用激光切除包皮,借用包皮缝线结扎创面内血管断端。结果手术时间12~20 min,平均15 min。2例于术后发生切口出血,1例加压包扎后好转,另1例予缝扎止血后好转。其余均一期愈合。愈合后边缘整齐,包皮外观自然。线结上的血管断端可于术后2~3周随线结脱落。结论借结止血加激光包皮环切术方法简便、有效,术后不留线结,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the feasibility and the advantages of the technique of combining binding hemostasis and laser circumcision.Methods Fix the self-made circumcision film around the foreskin,and then remove the foreskin by laser,use circumcision suture to ligate the vascular stump.Results The operation time was 12-20min,15 min on the average.Among the 1640 cases,there were only two cases of postoperative incision bleeding,one of which became better after using compression bandage,and the other turned better after suturing to stop bleeding.The rest healed promptly after operation.After healing,the edge of the foreskin looked tidy and natural.Vascular knot on the line ends would come off with the line 2-3 weeks after the operation.Conclusion The technique of combining binding hemostasis and laser circumcision is simple,effective,Line ends free,so it is worth promoting.
