摘要
采用茎尖组织培养技术,建立了白术(Atractylodes macrocephalaKoidz.)的无菌试管苗体系。通过一系列筛选试验,筛选出白术快速繁殖的最佳培养基组成。结果表明:最适宜的外植体为1.2 mm的茎尖;诱导丛生芽的最适培养基为:MS+蔗糖6%+6-BA(6-苄氨基嘌呤)1.0 mg/L;诱导生根最适培养基为:1/2MS+IAA(吲哚乙酸)0.5 mg/L+ABT(生根粉)0.5 mg/L+PP333(多效唑)0.25 mg/L。
The shoot tip of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.was used as explants to produce plantlets in vitro.A series of optimization experiments were carried out to select out the best medium composition of rapid propagation of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.The results indicated that the most suitable explant was the shoot tip with the diameter of 1.2mm.The optimized medium for crowd bud propagation was MS+Sucrose 6%+6-BA 1.0mg/L.The optimized mediumfor rooting was 1/2MS+IAA 0.5mg/L+ABT 0.5mg/L+PP3330.25mg/L.
