摘要
目的为了发展高性能、低成本的各向异性材料,制备片式SrTiO3微晶粉体。方法采用先制备中间体再制备目标产物的两步KCl熔盐法获得SrTiO3微晶粉体,分别用X射线衍射和扫描电镜研究中间产物和目标产物的相结构和微观形貌。结果中间产物粉体主晶相为片状Sr3Ti2O7;产物粉体主晶相为SrTiO3立方相微晶,呈片状形貌,粒径达到10~15μm。结论采用熔盐法可以得到主晶相为立方钙钛矿型的片式钛酸锶微晶粉体,微晶尺寸适合流延工艺制膜对模板的要求。
Aim To develop a kind of anisotropic material with high performance and low cost,the preparation of tabular SrTiO3-particle powders was studied.Methods Tabular SrTiO3-particle powders were synthesized by a two-step molten salt synthesis(MSS) method which included a preparation of precursor particles and a preparation of the aimed powders in molten KCl.The phase structure and particle's microstructure were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction pattern,respectively.Results The main phase of precursor powders is tabular Sr3Ti2O7.The dominant phase in final powders is cubic-phase SrTiO3 particle,which exhibits tabular shape.The size of SrTiO3 particle ranges from 10-15 μm.Conclusion As a dominant phase,SrTiO3-particle powders with cubic perovskite structure can be synthesized by MSS method.The size of SrTiO3 particles meets the film preparation requirements in tape-casting technique.
