红树植物老鼠簕中的甾醇和萜类成分

Steroids and Terpenoids from the Mangrove Acanthus ilicifolius

从红树植物老鼠簕Acanthus ilicifolius全草的甲醇提取物中,运用色谱方法分离得到了7个化合物。根据其波谱数据和理化常数与文献对照,确定其结构分别为24-亚甲基环阿尔廷醇（1）,环阿尔廷醇（2）,羽扇豆醇（3）,19-Norlanost-5-en-3-ol（4）,24-methylenelanost-9（11）-en-3β-ol（5）,4-甲基胆甾-7-烯-3β-醇（6）,植醇（7）。其中,化合物4~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Seven compounds,24-methylenecycloartenol（1）,cycloartenol（2）,lupeol（3）,19-Norlanost-5-en-3-ol（4）,24-methylenelanost-9（11）-en-3β-ol（5）,4-methyl-cholesta-7-ene-3β-ol（6）and Phytol（7）,were isolated from the methanol extract of Acanthus ilicifolius.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic evidence and comparison of the data with those of the literatures.Compounds 4~6 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
