摘要
从红树植物老鼠簕Acanthus ilicifolius全草的甲醇提取物中,运用色谱方法分离得到了7个化合物。根据其波谱数据和理化常数与文献对照,确定其结构分别为24-亚甲基环阿尔廷醇(1),环阿尔廷醇(2),羽扇豆醇(3),19-Norlanost-5-en-3-ol(4),24-methylenelanost-9(11)-en-3β-ol(5),4-甲基胆甾-7-烯-3β-醇(6),植醇(7)。其中,化合物4~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Seven compounds,24-methylenecycloartenol(1),cycloartenol(2),lupeol(3),19-Norlanost-5-en-3-ol(4),24-methylenelanost-9(11)-en-3β-ol(5),4-methyl-cholesta-7-ene-3β-ol(6)and Phytol(7),were isolated from the methanol extract of Acanthus ilicifolius.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic evidence and comparison of the data with those of the literatures.Compounds 4~6 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
