不同手术方法进行面廓整形的体会

Understanding of facial surface profile shaping by different surgical method

目的:探寻面型整改的最佳术式。方法:根据患者面部具体情况选择下颌骨缩小整形术、颊脂垫去除术、A型肉毒毒素咬肌内注射。结果:应用三种方法治疗208例,随访129例6个月～2年,面部轮廓医患双方满意。结论:针对患者面型不佳的主要原因选择合适的手术方式,可以达到满意的美学效果。

Objective To explore the optimal surgical method for facial surface profile shaping.Methods According to the each patient facial particular case,we chose from osteotomy for mandibular angle,resection for buccal fat pad and intra-masseteric injection with botulinum toxin type A.Results The total 208 cases were treated with the three methods.129 cases were followed up for 6 months to 2 years.Both doctors and patients were satisfied with the facial outline after the operation.Conclusion Selecting suitable surgical methods on account of the major cause for poor facial outline,could achieving satisfactory aesthetic effects.
