硅胶假体隆鼻术的相关因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:通过对硅胶假体隆鼻术后的求美者进行三维评估,确定隆鼻术的要素。方法:将30例隆鼻术后的求美者行CT扫描,在扫描的三维图形上测量鼻骨及假体的数据,应用SPSS11.0统计学软件包进行统计分析。结果:假体鼻根部厚、宽,假体鼻背部宽、长,均与假体外力推移间无相关性(P>0.05),鼻假体长与鼻长、假体鼻背部宽与鼻背宽之间均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:研究对象鼻根高、鼻背宽、鼻长、鼻小柱高,术后较术前均有差别;鼻整形术前后相关角度分析,鼻额角术后较术前有所减小;鼻尖角、鼻唇角术前术后角度无明显变化;假体无移动者占研究对象的73.3%,说明大部分效果较好;鼻假体根部厚、宽及假体背部宽、长与假体外力推移无相关性,假体贴合度是假体能否被外力推移的主要因素。 Objective To evaluate the factors of augmentation rhinoplasty by three-dimensional assessment on clients having undergone augmentation rhinoplasty.Methods 30 clients having undergone augmentation rhinoplasty were carried out by CT scanning.The nasal bones and the prosthesis were measured on the three-dimensional graphics.All data was analyzed by the SPSS 11.0.Results The thickness and width of the nasal root of the prosthesis,the breadth and length of the nasal back of the prosthesis were not related to the external pushing of the prosthesis(P〉0.05).It was positively related between the length of the nasal prosthesis and the nasal length,and between the breadth of the nasal back of the prosthesis and the breadth of the nasal back(P〈0.05).Conclution The subjects experience difference between presurgery and postsurgery in terms of the nasal root height,the nasal back breadth,the nasal lengthand nasal columella height.There was a reduction in terms of nasolabial angle after the surgery.There was no significant difference between presurgery and postsurgery in terms of nasorostral angle and Nasolabial angle.73.3 percent of prosthesis of subject were not shited which proved that augmentation rhinoplasty had better effects.The nasal root thickness and breadth of the prosthesis and the nasal back breadth and length of the prosthesis was not related to the external pushing of the prosthesis.Joint strength of the prosthesis was the key element determining whether the prosthesis can be pushed by external forces.
