红蓝光联合治疗中、重度痤疮疗效对比观察

Clinical comparative observation of red and blue LED light combination phototherapy in the treatment of medium and severe acne

目的:评价红蓝光联合治疗中、重度痤疮的疗效。方法:采用红蓝光联合照射加药物治疗中度和重度痤疮,分别与单纯药物治疗的对照组比较,并观察疗效。结果:红蓝光联合照射治疗中度痤疮疗效佳,优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗重度痤疮无显著疗效(P>0.05)。结论:红蓝光联合照射治疗对重度痤疮疗效一般,而对中度痤疮效果佳,不良反应少,可推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of red and blue LED light combination phototherapy in the treatment of medium and severe acne.Methods The medium and severe acne patients were treated with red and blue LED light combination phototherapy and drug,the patients in the control group were treated with drug only.The efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The red and blue LED light combination phototherapy for medium acne had good effects compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.The red and blue LED light combination phototherapy for severe acne had no significant effects compared with the control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The red and blue LED light combination phototherapy has poor effects for severe acne,but has good effects and little adverse reaction for medium acne,therefore it is worth for application and popularization.
