前牙缺隙修复前的辅助性正畸治疗

Subsidiary orthodontics treatment for anterior teeth defects before restoration

目的:回顾性总结修复前的正畸治疗特点及体会,评估义齿修复前作辅助性正畸治疗的作用。方法:对79例前牙缺失其邻牙伴有牙畸形的成人患者,针对畸形制定最佳的个性化治疗方案,采用节段弓进行局部正畸治疗,降低修复难度后再转修复科作义齿修复。结果:79例患者经过3～6个月的正畸治疗后,其邻牙畸形均得到纠正,达到修复前制定的治疗计划,转修复科作义齿修复并随访1～2年,经过正畸治疗的牙,位置稳定,牙周组织健康,患者对修复体的功能、形态、美观均感到满意。结论:对前牙缺失患者先作修复前的正畸治疗,可降低修复难度,为义齿修复创造更好的条件,使前牙义齿达到更加完善的口腔功能及美观的要求。

Objective To retrospectively summarize the features and understanding of orthodontic treatment before restoration.Methods The 79 cases with anterior defects were selected for treating,their adjacent teeth were malocclusion.Results After 3～6 months correction,the malocclusion had been corrected and the anterior defects had been restorated.During the following up period,the normal function,better form and aesthetic denture had been achieved.Conclusion The auxiliary crrection can create better conditions for restoration and the restoration were more perfect and aesthetics.
