臀肌筋膜挛缩症96例患者的个体化护理

Individual nursing care of 96 patients with gluteal muscle contracture

目的:结合临床探讨臀肌筋膜挛缩症的围手术期护理措施,总结不同类型患者的护理措施。方法:回顾性分析我科2006年5月～2010年5月臀肌筋膜挛缩症96例患者的临床资料,根据临床表现和发病机制分为两组,术后分别给予不同功能锻炼和护理措施,分析恢复效果。结果:步态异常组75例患者行挛缩臀肌筋膜松解,术后1月治愈率达97%;跛行组21例患者行臀肌筋膜松解及臀中肌延长,术后2月治愈率达95%。两组患者均未发生切口感染、神经损伤和关节不稳等并发症。结论:臀肌筋膜挛缩症患者由于发病机制不同,临床表现多样,术后应对不同患者实行个体化功能锻炼和护理措施以达到最佳矫形效果。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing care of patients with gluteal muscle contracture and analyze the individual nursing methods of patients with different clinical features.Methods Retrospective analysis of 96 patient＇s clinic data with gluteal muscle contracture from May 2006 to May 2010.The 96 cases were divided into two groups according to their clinical manifestation and pathogenesis.Individual rehabilitation and nursing instructions were provided postoperativelly.Result The curative rate of 75 patients with gait dysfunction were 97% after one month operaiton,and 21 patients with claudication were 95% after two months.Both group had no apparent complications was found including incision infection,nerve injury and unstable joint.Conclusion Patients with gluteal muscle contracture showed different clinical manifestation according to clinical manifestation and pathogenesis,therefore individual rehabilitation and nursing instructions should be provided postoperativelly for the best correction effects.
