摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对海芒果叶挥发油化学成分进行分析,用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对百分含量。经毛细管色谱分离鉴定了13个化合物。研究了挥发油对赤拟谷盗的活性:触杀活性测定发现挥发油对赤拟谷盗48 h的LC50为1.0067 mL/L;忌避活性测定发现1 mL/L浓度在12-48 h内忌避率都在80%以上;熏蒸活性测定发现24、48、72 h的LC50分别为2.0207、1.7450、1.0160mL/L;
The essential oil of the Cerbera manghas leaves was extracted by steam distillation,and the chemical compositions were analyzed by GC-MS.And the peak-area normalization method in gas chromatography was applied to mensurate the relative contents of these components.The results showed that there are 13 compounds in the essential oil of the Cerbera manghas leaves.At the same time,contact toxicity test showed that LC50 is 1.0067 mL/L for 48 h;Repellent test showed that repellentrate is over 80% with concentraton of 1 mL/L in12-48 h,and Infumigation test showed that LC50 is 2.0207,1.7450 and 1.0160 mL/L for 24 h,48 h,and 72 h,respectively.
