摘要
双歧杆菌作为表达外源基因的宿主备受关注,成为近年来研究的热点。本文从双歧杆菌表达系统的组成、外源蛋白的表达等角度综述了近期的研究成果,对该系统在口服疫苗和抗肿瘤方面的研究及应用前景进行了展望。
Bifidobacterium spp.was focused as researching hot-point for its potential as a host for exogenous gene expression.In this paper,the composition of expression system and its application for yielding exogenous proteins were reviewed.Moreover,the prospective researching trend and its application were summarized also.
