摘要
以苯基三甲氧基硅烷(PTMS)和N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基-二甲氧基硅烷(Si-602)为原料,在盐酸作催化剂的条件下,通过水解缩聚制备了含有氨基的甲基苯基有机硅树脂。实验结果表明,当PTMS与Si-602的配比为9∶1、反应温度为50℃、催化剂含量为15%(质量分数,下同)、反应时间为4h时,产物产率为91.0%。并用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)对产物结构进行了表征。热重(TG)分析结果表明,当PTMS与Si-602原料配比的摩尔比为9∶1,甲基苯基硅树脂热稳定较好,900℃时残炭量高达56.59%。
The methyl phenyl organosilicon resins with ammonia were prepared via hydrolytic condensation reaction using phenyltrimethoxysilane and N-(β-aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyl-dimethoxy (methyl) silane as raw materials. The results show that the conditions of formation of organosilicon resins are phenyltrimethoxysilane (PTMS)/Si-602(molar ratio) =9:1,t=50 ℃,15%HCl,t=4 h,the organsilicon resins are synthesised and the yield is 91.0%. The product structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H-NMR). The results of thermogravimetric (TG) show that the methyl phenyl organosilicon resins have a good thermal stability properties and its amount of residual carbon is 56.59% at the temperature 900 ℃,when PTMS/Si-602 molar ratio is 9:1.
