摘要
采用离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([BMIM]Cl)为溶剂、无水硫酸钠为成孔剂、脱脂棉为增强纤维,以棉浆为原料,对离子液体法纤维素海绵的制备进行了初步研究,探讨了成孔剂用量对纤维素海绵的吸水性、保湿性、拉伸强度、染色性能以及形态结构的影响。研究结果表明,随成孔剂用量的增加,纤维素海绵所成的孔洞也越多,海绵的吸水性和保湿性明显提高,其染色性能也随之提高,但纤维素海绵的拉伸强度则逐渐降低。
In this paper,cellulose sponge was prepared by using cotton pulp as raw material,1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([BMIM]Cl) as the solvent,anhydrous sodium sulfate as the pore forming agent,and absorbent cotton as the reinforcing fibers. And the effect of the amount of the pore forming agent on the water adsorption capacity,moisture retention rate,tensile strength,dyeing properties and morphological structure of cellulose sponge was investigated,respectively. The results show that with the increase of the amount of the pore forming agent,the porosity of cellulose sponge increases,the water adsorption capacity,moisture retention rate and dyeing properties of cellulose sponge are also increased,whereas the tensile strength of cellulose sponge is declining.
