摘要 为解决静电传感器用于稀相气固两相流参数测量时信号微弱难以检测的问题,深入研究了静电传感器的基本原理和信号特点,设计了一种实用的高精度微弱信号检测电路.结果表明,该电路具有很高的分辨率、极低的温漂、较强的抗杂散电容干扰和外电场干扰能力,能够满足气固两相流参数测量的要求. It's difficult to detect the weak signal of electrostatic sensor which is used to measure the parameters of dilute gas-solid two phase flow. To solve this problem, based on the analysis of basic principle and signal characteristic of electrostatic sensor, a weak signal detection circuit with high-resolution was developed. The result indicates that the circuit has a very high resolution, extremely low temperature drift and strong anti-jamming ability towards stray capacity and external electric field. The given circuit can satisfy the requirements for parameter measurement of gas-solid two phase flow.
