摘要
铁道接触网用绝缘子在高潮湿、高污秽长隧道环境中的污闪是电气化铁路的惯性病害之一,污闪的发生与绝缘子爬电距离、绝缘子所处空间的污染程度及大气湿度有关,绝缘子积污程度受绝缘子型式、降雨及距污染源距离等影响。合理选择外绝缘的爬电比距,增加绝缘子清扫力度是防范隧道中绝缘污闪的重要措施。铁道复合绝缘子经过优化设计,机械及电气强度均有较大的裕度,保证可以满足标准和用户的使用要求,与瓷、玻璃绝缘子相比具有优良的耐污性能,稳定可靠的机械性能,更适合在高潮湿、高污秽长隧道环境中应用。
The pollution moisture and pollution on long flashover of railway contact system insulators happened under heavy tunnel is one of usual hidden dangers in electric railways. Its happening relates to the creepage distance, pollution extent and moisture, while anti-pollution of composite insulators is affected by mould type, rainfall, the distances of pollution source etc. Choosing reasonable specific creepage distance and enhancing cleaning strength is an important method to anti-pollution flashover. Through optimum design on the railway composite insulators, the mechanical and electrical strength hold higher safety factor to ensure that satisfies the standard and users' operation requirements. Compared with porcelain insulator and glass insulator, it has more excellent anti-pollution performance, stable and reliable mechanical performance. So it is more suitable to be applied on long tunnel under heavy moisture and pollution environment.
