摘要
研究添加不同的减缓老化作用的元素及化合物,以改善ZnO压敏电阻片长期带电的老化特性。经过添加GF-06银玻璃、氧化硼、PM-10硼玻璃等不同形态的材料,在同样的ZnO压敏电阻的制作工艺下进行混合、造粒、成形、烧成形成直径为53 mm的电阻片,测试了小电流特性、大电流特性及115℃下1 000 h的加速老化试验。试验结果表明,微量的Ag2O玻璃和B2O3玻璃有利于提高ZnO-Bi2O3系压敏电阻片的老化寿命;同时B2O3还有助于改善ZnO电阻片的大电流下的非线性。
Through doping some different compounds and glass frits to improve the aging properties of ZnO varistors charging for long time was studied. When the materials of GF-06 silver glass frits, boric oxide, boron PM-10 glass frits etc. was doped, the ZnO blocks of diameter 53 mm was made in the same ZnO varistor production process of mixing, granulation, shaping, and sintering, and we measured the small current characteristics test, high-current characteristics test and the accelerated aging test under 115℃ temperature for 1 000 h were carried out. The test result shows that the life of ZnO-Bi203 system varistors could be increased by the Ag2O glass and B2O3 glass; and the large currents nonlinear of ZnO varistors could also be increased by B2O3 glass.
