摘要
从沙棘籽粕乙醇溶液中分离到三个生物碱,经波谱学方法及文献比较分别鉴定为5,11-二羟色胺(1)、5-羟色胺(2)和Shepherdine(3)。化合物1和3在沙棘中首次报道。利用体外培养乳鼠心肌细胞,建立心肌缺血/再灌注损伤模型,发现3个化合物对乳鼠心肌细胞缺血/再灌注(I/R)损伤有较好的保护作用。
Three alkaloids were isolated from the ethanol extract of Seed of Hippophae rhamnoides Linn and identified as 5-hydroxy-3-(2-Hydroxyethyl)indole(1),5-hydroxytryptamine(2),and shepherdine(3)by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic analyses.Neonatal rat cardiocytes were cultured and model of ischemic/reperfusion(I/R)was established.The results showed three alkaloids have protective effects against the neonatal rat cardiocytes ischemia/reperfusion injured,and compounds 1 and 3 were isolated for the first time from this plant.
