基于Holland’s测验等的研究生心理素质调查及干预对策

Investigation and intervene suggestion research of psychological comprehensive quality of the postgraduate in normal university

采用卡特尔16PF、SCL-90和Holland’s职业倾向测试对1 455名师范类硕士研究生进行测试,研究师范类硕士研究生群体的心理综合素质现状,包括人格特质、心理健康及职业倾向.调查结果显示师范类硕士研究生在16项人格因素上的水平与全国不同类学校基本一致.师范类硕士研究生心理健康状况较好,高于全国平均水平.师范类学生更适合于社会型职业,其次是调研型、艺术型、企业型、常规型、实际型.师范类硕士研究生科研能力、创新能力有待于进一步提高.

We evaluate the personality,mental health and vocational tendency of 1455 normal postgraduate students by taking the 16PF,SCL-90 and Holland Vocational Aptitude test.The aim of this article is to investigate the current situation of psychological comprehensive quality of normal postgraduates,including personality traits,mental health and vocational orientation.The results showed：（1） The 16PF levels of Normal graduates were basically the same as other schools.（2）Mental health of Normal postgraduate was found to be satisfactory,higher than the national average.（3）Normal postgraduate were more suitable to engage community occupations,followed by Investigative,artistic type,Enterprising,conventional type and Realistic.The capacity of research and innovation needed to be further improved.
