摘要
以分离自南京某钢铁厂的污水处理池中的微生物菌种为实验材料,选取了其中对于高浓度的锌离子耐受性最强的黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium Bergey)的一种菌株,通过正交实验研究了培养基初始锌离子浓度、培养温度和培养基初始pH等3个因素对该微生物菌种吸附培养基中锌离子能力的影响.结果表明该菌种吸附锌离子的最适条件为培养基初始pH为2、培养温度为27℃、培养基初始锌离子浓度为1 000 mg/L,为在工业废水处理中应用该菌种吸附和去除锌离子提供了理论依据.
In this paper,the material is picked from the activated sludge tank of one iron-works.We select the strain of Flavobacterium Bergey which is the most tolerant strain of high concentration of zinc ion.Then we use the orthogonal test of 3 factors to discuss the actions of the initial zinc ion concentration of culture medium,culture temperature and initial medium pH.The result shows the abilities of the microbial strain to absorb zinc ion.We use dithizone reagent to detect the decrease of medium zinc ion.The optimum conditions for the absorption of the bacteria is initial medium pH 2,temperature 27 ℃,initial zinc ion concentration of culture medium 1 000 mg/L.
