摘要
目的评价大脑中动脉及脐动脉血流动力学对单绒毛膜双胎胎儿异常发育的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析28对单绒毛膜双胎的彩色多普勒超声资料,比较胎儿异常发育与正常单绒毛膜双胎大脑中动脉及脐动脉的最大流速、阻力指数。结果胎儿异常发育与正常单绒毛膜双胎大脑中动脉阻力指数比值有明显差异,前者比值较正常增大。结论多普勒超声测量的大脑中动脉及脐动脉血流动力学对评估单绒毛膜双胎胎儿异常发育有一定的诊断价值,大脑中动脉及脐动脉最大流速和阻力指数差异可能有助于早期预测单绒毛膜双胎胎儿异常发育。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of hemodynamic index of middle cerebral and umbilical artery in the abnormal development of the monochorionic twins(MCT).Methods 28 monochorionic twins were retrospectively analyzed by color Doppler sonography.The peak systolic velocity(PSV)and resistance index(RI) were compared between the middle cerebral and umbilical artery.Results The differences of hemodynamic indexes including peak systolic velocity and resistance index were very significant.Conclusion The hemodynamic index of middle cerebral and umbilical artery measured by color Doppler sonography may have certain diagnostic value.The differences of PSV and RI may help in early prediction of abnormal development of monochorionic twins.
