陕西省农村教师生存状况调查分析

A Survey and Analysis of the Present Living Conditions of Teachers in the Rural Areas in Shaanxi Province

实施西部大开发和新农村建设以来,陕西省基础教育事业有了显著发展,教师待遇和生存状况有了显著改善。但在广大农村地区,尤其是贫困山区,教师的生存现状却仍然令人担忧。在工作条件、生活条件、个人发展预期及职业认同度等方面,都存在着诸多的问题亟待解决。

Since the implementation of the Strategy of Developing the Western Regions and New Countryside Construction, the basic education in Shaanxi Province has made a remarkable progress, and the wages and living conditions of teachers have been greatly improved. However, in the rural areas in Shaanxi Province, especially in the poor mountain areas, we find the living conditions of teachers are very worrying. This study attempts to reveal the present living conditions of teachers in the rural areas and the causes through the analysis of the working conditions, quality of life, expected career development and professional identity of teachers. It is hoped that this study can provide a realistic basis for the settlement of the problems and help to promote the development of the basic education in Shaanxi Province.
