用户对于图书馆的接受和依赖,主要源于图书馆的服务理念、服务模式、服务水平等内在因素。从现代图书馆服务理念融会和彰显的角度分析,咸阳师范学院图书馆新馆建设应体现新时期高校图书馆在建筑设计和布局、服务内容和服务提供、服务创新和服务模式、服务理念培育与弘扬上的变化。

The acceptance and dependence on the library are determined by the concept, mode and level of the library service. Starting form the analysis of the application and manifestation of the concept of modern library, the authors of this article hold that the construction of the newly-built library of Xianyang Normal University should embody the characteristics of modern library in architecture design, library layout, service functions, service mode, service contents, service innovation, and remarkable changes in the cultivation and manifestation in service concept.
