“飞信”在高校图书馆工作中的创新性应用分析——以南阳师范学院图书馆为例

Analysis of innovative application of "flying letters" in the university library——A case study of Nanyang Normal University

通过分析高校图书馆移动飞信用户的拓展经验和飞信在图书馆工作中的应用领域,重点介绍和总结在参考咨询中的定题跟踪服务、拓宽读者与图书馆的沟通渠道特别是对大学生社团"绿茵读书会"指导工作中的实践经验,并探讨飞信的若干功能特点及其在图书馆行政管理工作中具体使用,指出免费的飞信是图书馆工作的一个不可或缺的信息交流工具,具有很大的应用潜力。

Through the analysis of expanded experience of flying letters by the university library users and the fields of the application of mobile flying letters, the author makes an emphatic introduction to and a summary of the tracking service and the expanding the channels of communication between the readers and the librarians. This article also points out that free flying letters can be an important communicative tool in the library work, which possesses a very great potentiality.
