文章引用读者满意度评价指标体系和方法,构建了读者满意度评价指标体系,利用层次分析法对图书馆服务质量进行测评,给出了读者满意度计算公式。

This paper constructs the index system and methods of the evaluation of reader satisfaction degree by citing corresponding index systems and methods of the evaluation of reader satisfaction.The article makes assessment for the service quality of library by making analysis of different layers and presents the formula of calculation for the index system of the evaluation of reader satisfaction.
