摘要
岗位管理与绩效考核是图书馆管理的两个重要方面。当前岗位管理与绩效考核中存在的突出问题:一是身份管理代替岗位管理,二是绩效考核评价流于形式。岗位设置是做好岗位管理的前提和基础;设立科学的考核内容和考核指标;岗位设置和绩效考核内容及标准要走群众路线;建立首席岗位制度和特殊岗位制度。
Post management and performance evaluation are two important aspects of library management.Two major problems are recently existing in post management and performance evaluation of university library: first,post management replaced by identity management,second,the performance evaluation and appraisal remaining merely in form.Position installation is the prerequisite and basis for getting post management well done.The principle of coming from the masses and going back among the masses’should be carried out in the establishment of scientific assessment contents and evaluation indexes,allocation of posts,setting-up of chief post system and special post system.
