摘要
研究了低温条件下外加壳聚糖对水稻剑叶叶绿体光合特性的影响.结果表明:低温条件下,外加0.5%的壳聚糖处理能缓解低温对水稻剑叶的叶绿素含量的伤害的程度;PSⅠ和PSⅡ电子传递活性、类囊体室温吸收光谱的主峰值,且Fo、qN上升和Fv/Fm、qP下降的变化幅度均减小.说明在低温处理导致过剩光能增加情况下,喷洒壳聚糖可以利用不断增加的qN来进行耗散,以维持叶片较高的光化学效率,提高水稻抵抗低温胁迫的能力.
This article studies the effect of exogenous chitosan on photosynthetic characteristics of flag leaf in rice under low temperature. The results showed: during chilling, 0. 5% of chitosan in solution could mitigate the injury on chlorophyll content of flag leaf, electron transport activities of photosystems ( PSI and PSII ), absorption spectra, Fo, qN increased and Fv/Fm ,qP decreased, whereas the extents were less. The cultivar sprayed with chitosan increased the qN to dissipate superfluous solar energy absorbed and maintained the higher photosynthesis efficiency, which improved cold resistance of rice.
