江苏省普通高校高水平运动队发展现状研究

Study on Status Quo and Development Strategy of High Level Sports Teams in Universities in Jiangsu Province

采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,研究江苏省普通高校高水平运动队的发展现状.结果表明:(1)江苏省普通高校高水平运动队办队指导思想与国家制定的政策要求相比,目标定位偏低;(2)与奥运会、世界大学生会等综合性运动会相比,项目设置不尽合理,设项覆盖率偏低;(3)江苏省普通高校高水平运动队竞技体育综合实力居全国领先地位;(4)高水平运动队教练员的聘任与激励机制不完善;(5)高水平运动员被普通高校录取率偏低,就业率不高;(6)高水平运动队每年参加各种运动竞赛机会较少(7)高水平运动队训练所需的场地与器材能够得到保障,但专项经费严重不足.最后根据研究结果提出了相应的建议.

This paper is written according to materials, statistics, questionnaires, analysis of specific cases and visits to experts, with the purpose of studying the status quo of building high-level sports teams in universities in Jiangsu Province. The results of the study is as follows ： 1. The guideline of building high-level sports teams in universities in Jiangsu Province fail to match the national policy to a large extent. 2. The program setting is Unreasonable, with a lower coverage, compared to the comprehensive sports meetings such as Olympics and World University Sports Games. 3. The overall strength of high-level sports teams in universities in Jiangsu Province ranks among the top in Nationwide. 4. The engagement and encouragement system of high-level coach is not mature. 5. The rate of enrollment in universities and employment of most high-level athletes is relatively low. 6. High-level sports teams have a comparably smaller chance to participate in various competitions every year. 7. The training fields and equipment have not been guaranteed every year and funds for high-level sports team are still in need. At the last we put forward the corresponding suggestion according to the research result.
