摘要
通过分析管式法低密度聚乙烯装置的能耗结构可知,降低装置的能耗要从电、蒸汽、氮气、脱盐水入手。针对这4个因素提出了除尘风机变频控制、投用蒸汽发生器H237副产蒸汽、超声波检测仪检测疏水器、提高预热一段气体温度、增设氮气压力调节阀及板式换热器在线清理系统等技术措施,实施后装置能耗(标油)下降了48.3 kg/t。
Based on the analysis of energy consumption distribution in tubular process LDPE device, conclusion was obtained that energy consumption decrease of the device could be caused by the following factors, such as electricity, steam, nitrogen and desahed water. A series of energy - saving measures were taken including frequency conversion control of dedusting fan, utilizing the by- product steam generated by H237 steam generator, detecting steam trap by supersonic detector, increasing gas temperature of the first preheating section, adding a regulating valve to nitrogen pressure and on - line cleaning - off system on plate - type heat exchanger. Standard oil energy consumption of the device was decreased by 48.3 kg/t after the adoption of the series of measures.
