催化裂化催化剂生产过程中固体废渣的处理

TREATMENT OF SOLID WASTES GENERATED IN PRODUCTION OF CATALYTIC CRACKING CATALYST

在催化裂化催化剂的生产过程中会产生大量的固体废渣,这些废渣包括分子筛和催化剂的过滤、洗涤、交换以及后改性等过程中被废水所携带走的分子筛和催化剂的粉末。合理处理这些废渣不仅可以节约大量的原料从而降低催化剂的制造成本,而且可以大大缓解催化剂厂日益加剧的环保压力。

Large quantity of solid wastes generated in the production of catalytic cracking catalyst. The solid wastes involved powders of the molecular sieve and the catalyst entrained in sewage which generated in course of filtration, washing, exchange and latermodification processes of the molecular sieve and catalyst. Treating reasonably the waste slag can not only save lots of crude material and decrease the production cost of the catalysts, but also relieve greatly the environmental protection pressure getting more acute for the catalyst plant.
