摘要
以中国石化齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂1.5 Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置减压塔的更新为例,介绍改造为4 Mt/a时减压塔的分段吊装施工设计及平衡梁、吊耳设计的成功经验。
With the example of the replacement of vacuum tower in revamp course of the former 1.5Mt/a capacity atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit to d Mt/a capacity in Qilu Shengli refinery, this paper introduced the subsection hoisting and construction design of vacuum tower and some successful experiences about the design of compensating beam and liftinglug.
