摘要
针对储运厂槽罐车清洗环节耗能多、污染大,结合工作实际,从工艺优化、采用新技术等方面深入实施节能减排措施,提高了能源利用率。同比2006年,2009年用水量、电量、蒸汽量分别降低了53%、57%、44%,排污量、COD、油含量分别降低62%、89%、96%,效益显著。
Aimed at the problem of high energy consumption and serious pollution existing in the tanker cleaning segment in Storage & Transportation Complex, combined with the practical condition, some energy saving and pollutant reduction measures from process optimization and new technology application were taken, which increased the utilization rate of energy. After the adoption of the measures, the consumption of water, electricity and steam decreased separately 53% , 57% and 44%, and pollutant discharge, COD and oil content decreased separately 62%, 89% and 96% in 2009 compared with those in 2006. The significant benefits were obtained.
