摘要
中国石化齐鲁分公司腈纶厂建立了完善的计量管理制度,通过提高计量器具配备的有效性,加强对计量数据的分析,促进节能降耗措施的有效实施,使腈纶产品单位能耗逐年降低,2009年比2005年下降了30%,节约标油超过35kt,取得了显著的经济效益。
Perfect metering management system was built in SINOPEC Qilu Acrylic Fiber Plant, which promoted effectively the execution of measures of energy saving and consumption reduction via increasing equipment effectiveness of metering instruments and strengthening analysis of metering data. Unit energy consumption of acrylic product was reduced year by year. Unit energy consumption of the product in 2009 was reduced by 30% comparing with that in 2005. Standard oil was economized on over 35kt. Notable economic benefits were gained.
