摘要
提出企业国家重点实验室的4种组织策略,即按产品大类组织、按研发人员专业组织、按研究方向组织以及混合组织策略。通过引入各单一组织策略研发投入占总投入的比例来分析实验室的混合组织策略。在相关假定基础上,建立了企业国家重点实验室组织策略决策模型。通过模型分析,求解得出企业既定条件下各单一策略的比例,制定合适的实验室组织策略;给出了采取各种策略时所对应的条件以及各组织策略条件下的最优研发投入。
The decision problem of organization strategy for national key laboratory(NKL) in enterprise is addressed.By investigating the NKL in Haier Group,four organization strategies are presented.They are product-based,discipline-based,research-field-based,and hybrid strategies.A hybrid organization strategy is organized by two or three of the other three strategies.Based on the classification and game theory,the proportion of RD investment for each strategy to total investment is introduced.Then,a decision model is presented for organization selection in hybrid organization strategy.By this model,optimal proportion of product-based,discipline-based,and research-field-based organizations can be determined.The conditions under which a strategy combination should be applied are discussed.If applied,optimal RD investment is presented for given strategy combination.
