基于港式思路的IE专业人才培养新模式

A New Education Mode for Industrial Engineering Major Based on HongKong Idea

目前国内许多IE专业的发展模式还不够完善,因此探索新型的IE专业人才培养模式以提高教学效果成为了重点。基于华南农业大学IE专业的现状,参考香港相关大学IE专业的培养模式,提出了一种基于港式思路的IE专业人才培养新模式,在培养过程、课程体系、实践教学等方面进行了优化与创新。所提新模式应用到华南农业大学的IE人才培养中,结果表明教学效果总体良好。

It commonly recognizes that the education of industrial engineering（IE） major in China needs to be improved.Thus,it is meaningful to explore new education mode.Based on the status of IE education at South China Agricultural University（SCAU）,a new IE education mode is proposed by referencing the IE education idea from universities in HongKong.With this mode,optimization and innovation are made in the curriculum structure,teaching methods,practice,and so on.Implementing experience of this mode at SCAU shows that it works well.
