摘要
在水热条件下,以硝酸锌、2,5-噻吩二酸和4,4'-联吡啶为原料合成了一例具有三维网络结构的新型配位聚合物{Zn(TDC)(4,4'-bpy)}n(H2TDC=2,5-噻吩二酸,4,4'-bpy=4,4'-联吡啶),通过X-射线单晶衍射仪和热分析仪对其进行了表征。结构分析表明,配位聚合物属正交晶系,空间群Pccn,晶胞参数:a=1.8333(5)nm;b=1.1391(3)nm;c=1.592(14)nm;α=90°,β=90°,γ=90°;z=8,Dc=1.565 mg.m-3,μ=1.624 mm-1,F(000)=1584。对于I>2sigma(I)的数据,最终偏离因子R=0.0315,wR=0.0741;对于所有数据,最终偏离因子R=0.0481,wR=0.0807。在配合物中,Zn(Ⅱ)原子与噻吩二酸配体上的羧基氧原子配位,形成二维格子平面,进而利用Zn(Ⅱ)原子与4,4'-联吡啶形成的一维链支撑,将其拓展为三维网络结构。
The coordination polymer {Zn(TDC)(4,4'-bpy)}n(H2TDC=thiophene-2,5-dic arboxylic acid,bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine) has been hydrothermally synthesized.In the preparation,Zn(NO3)2·6H2O,H2TDC and 4,4'-bpy are material.The complex has been characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and thermal analyzer.Crystal structural analysis reveals that the complex is orthorhombic,with space group Pccn,a=1.8333(5)nm;b=1.1391(3)nm;c=1.592(14)nm;α = 90°,β = 90°,γ = 90°;z = 8,Dc = 1.565mg·m^-3,μ = 1.624 mm-1,F(000) = 1584,R = 0.0315,wR=0.0741.The complex possesses two-dimension lattice structure constructed via Zn(Ⅱ,) atom and oxygen atoms from H2TDC,and two-dimension lattice structure are further supported by one-dimension chain of Zn(II) atom and 4,4'-bpy molecule to form pillared three-dimension network structure.
