摘要
归因理论以独特的方式考察人类动机,不仅在社会心理学而且在教育心理学及其它领域成就卓著。它是一系列理论的统称,以韦纳(Weiner.B.)的动机和情绪归因理论最为著名。归因理论历经多年的发展,在理论建设和实践应用上的成就及最新发展都值得关注。本文将对该理论的发展及对教育心理学等领域的影响和贡献作初步探讨。
Attribution Theory has made great achievements in educational psychology as well as social psychology and other fields for it studies human motivation in a unique way,Attribution Weiner＇s attribution theory of motivation and emotion is the most famous.With the development for many years,the achievement of attribution theory in both theoretical building and application is quite noticeable.This paper makes a probe into the theory＇s contribution and influence in educational psychology and other fields.
