摘要
对温度和干出两个重要环境因子影响条斑紫菜单孢子的放散情况进行了对比实验。结果表明,单孢子放散的适宜温度是10~15℃,干出并不能促进单孢子的放散。生产中采用壳孢子苗母网复制单孢子子网.应在秋冬季节海水温度降至10℃之前进行。
Contrasting test was conducted in order to determine the effect of the two environ mental factor on the release of monospore. The result showed that, the suitable temperature for the release was between 10℃ and 15℃. Drying-out couldn't improve the release. The study suggested that, the reasonable time to replicate monospore subnet from conchospore net should be before the water temperature decrease to 10℃.
