Henan is a big agricultural province and rural collective economy plays a key role in its development.Since the foundation of China,the rural collective economy in Henan has accumulated a lot of experiences.In the new period,the featured collective economy should be developed with great historical inevitability.The combination of the featured collective management and basic Party organization construction is an important path to develop rural collective economy.
