摘要
标准是把好质量关的前提,要提高高职院校人才培养的质量,对"双师型"教师资格认证标准的完善必须提上日程。建立教师定期到企业实践制度和校内徒弟制度,走校企合作、工学结合之路是高职院校"双师型"教师培养的根本途径。
It is of great significance to improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges,therefore,the improvement of the evaluation standards of teachers＇ qualification must be emphasized.Cooperation between school and enterprise and combination of study and work are fundamental ways of such improvement.
