摘要
利用氯化钠和碳酸钠溶液各6个浓度梯度(0、500、1000、2000、3000、4000mg/L)溶液对红豆草种子进行处理,测定了种子萌发及幼苗生长有关指标.结果表明:红豆草种子在NaCl500 mg/L和Na2CO3500mg/L溶液处理中比其他处理维持了较高的发芽率,并且其相对值高.低浓度盐处理提高了种子的发芽率,在一定盐浓度范围内,发芽率和发芽势及胚根和胚芽的长度都随着盐浓度的上升呈负相关.
Experiment was conducted to study salt stress(salt conc.0,500,1000,2000,3000,4000 mg/L)on seed gemination and seeding growth of Onobrychis viciaefolia.The results showed that it maintained higher value of seed germination rate and its relative value was higher than others treated with salt 500mg/L.Low concentration salt processing enhanced seed's germination rate,in certain salt scope,the seeding germination rate and germination tendence and the growth of radicle and plumule assumes the inverse correlation along with the salinity ascension.
