Perioperative Care and Rehabilitation Guidance of Hip Replacement in Elderly Patients

目的：讨论老年病人人工髋关节置换围手术期护理及康复指导效果.方法：选择我院2008-05~2010-05住院48例老年人工髋关节置换术病人作为观察组,病人自住院开始,术前护理、术后护理、术前术后的康复训练指导、出院指导.结果：观察组通过围手术期的护理及康复指导训练,未出现髋关节置换术后并发症,克服了康复训练意识淡漠,依赖性强、主动性差的缺欠,通过帮助观察组病人及家属建立正确的康复训练意识,并采取正确康复指导方法,使病人积极的按计划进行了康复锻炼.结论：对髋关节置换术后病人围手术期护理及康复训练指导有利于髋关节功能恢复,提高患者生活质量.

Objective：To evaluate the effect of perioperative care and rehabilitation guidance in elderly hip replacement patients.Methods： From May 2008 to May 2010,we selected 48 elderly patients who underwent hip replacement as the observation group.Since the patients were in hospital,performed preoperative care,postoperative care,preoperative and postoperative rehabilitation training guidance and discharge guidance.Results： Through perioperative care and rehabilitation guidance training,the observation group did not appear complications after hip replacement,overcame the shortcomings such as dim consciousness of rehabilitation training,strong dependence,poor initiative.By helping to establish the correct awareness of rehabilitation training in patient and family and taking the right rehabilitation guidance method,the patients positively performed the rehabilitation training according to plan.Conclusion： Perioperative care and rehabilitation training guidance are in favor of the function rehabilitation of hip joint in hip replacement and improve life quality.
