摘要
散货船和油船协调后的共同结构规范(HSR)将于2011年生效。为促进规范的发展,使之符合IMO目标型船舶标准(GBS)的要求,从整体舱段有限元分析、详细应力评估和疲劳强度评估的热点应力分析3个方面阐述了散货船共同结构规范的不足之处,并提出了相应的建议。
Harmonized Common Structural Rules (HSR) for bulk carriers and double hull oil tankers will become effective in 2011. For developing the rule toward the IMO Goal-Based Standards (GBS) for ship construction, the defects of CSR-BC are illustrated on global FE analysis of cargo hold structures, refined mesh FE analysis of highly" stressed areas and very' free mesh FE analysis of fatigue sensitive areas. Some suggestions are given dunng the discussion.
