摘要 某化工厂以微生物法生产丙烯酰胺,生产废水中含有大量的有机物及氨氮,原有废水处理系统不能满足其废水排放标准。通过对存在问题进行分析和研究,对原有工艺进行改进,采用UASB—A/O—BIOFOR组合工艺处理该厂含高浓度氨氮的有机废水,出水各项指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)二级标准。 Microorganism were used to produce acrylamide(AM)in a chemical plant,so the concentrations of organic matter and ammonia nitrogen in production wastewater were high,while the influent from the previous wastewater treatment system couldn't meet the wastewater discharge standards.By studying and analyzing the existing problems,the previous process was upgraded.When the UASB-A/O-BIOFOR combined process was employed,every index of influent satisfied the second standards of "Integrated wastewater discharge standard"(GB 8978—1996).
