针灸治疗中风后失语选穴规律探析

A Study of the Law of Choosing Acupionts in Acupuncture Treatment for Aphasia Patients with Stroke

目的:对针灸治疗中风后失语的临床研究文献进行统计分析,为临床选穴与合理组穴提供依据。方法:收集近10年来针灸治疗中风后失语的临床文献,对选用的腧穴种类、归经及使用频次进行统计分析。结果:针灸治疗中风后失语为主的文献共42篇,共使用89个穴位,总频次为433次,十四经穴64个,总频次305次,占70%;经外奇穴128次,占30%。其中出现频率占20%以上的经穴17个,阳经穴6个,阴经穴6个,经外奇穴5个。结论:针灸治疗中风后失语宜头颈部穴位和(或)舌咽部穴位加辨证取穴治疗。

Objective：In order to supply evidence of choosing clinical acupoints,we analyzed the clinical literatures of aphasia patients with stroke which were treated by acupuncture.Methods：Collected clinical literatures of aphasia patients with stroke which were treated by acupuncture nearly 10 years,and analyzed the types,channel tropism and frequency.Results：42 literatures were chosen,and 89 acupoints were used,and the frequency of usage was 433 times.64 acupoints on fourteen meridians with the total frequency of usage was 305 times,70%;While the extra points frequency of usage was 128 times,30%.17 acupoints frequency of usage was over 20%,which included 6 yang meridians points,6 yin meridians points and 5 extra points.Conclusion：We should choose the head and neck acupoints and/or tongue pharyngeal acupoints to treat aphasia patients with stroke,and have a dialectical attitude to choose the points for treatment.
