电针结合超激光治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合症

The Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Temporo-mandibular Joint Dysfunction Syndrome by Combining Electro-acupuncture with Super Laser

目的:观察电针结合超激光对颞下颌关节紊乱综合症的改善作用。方法:将69例颞下颌关节紊乱综合症患者随机分为电针结合超激光组36例(治疗组)与电针组33例(对照组),对比疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率86.11%;对照组的总有效率75.76%。电针结合超激光组优于电针组。结论:电针结合超激光对颞下颌关节紊乱综合症患者症状有良好的改善作用。

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of combining electro-acupuncture with super laser on Temporo-mandibular Joint Dysfunction Syndrome.Methods： 69 cases were randomly divided into electro-acupuncture and super laser group of 36 cases and electro-acupuncture group of 33 cases.A comparative investigation was carried out.Results：The total effective rate was 86.11% in the treatment group,and 75.76% in the control group.Statistical analysis showed a significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of combining electro-acupuncture with super laser was better to treat temporo-mandibular joint dysfunction syndrome.
